This page is for players who linked an email or Google account in Chess Beats and want that account and its cloud-saved data deleted. If you only ever played as a guest, nothing was stored in the cloud, and uninstalling the app deletes all of your data.

Fill this in and we will reply to your linked address to confirm it is really you, then complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted
Your sign-in account (email or Google link)
All cloud-saved progress: per-theme ratings and history, streaks, stage progress, coin balance, missed-puzzle history, and settings
Identifiers associating your account with analytics data, where applicable
What is kept, and for how long
Purchase records: records of purchases and subscriptions are retained by Google Play and our purchase processor as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Purchases such as Remove Ads belong to your Google Play account and are not affected by deleting your game account.
Data on your device: deleting the account does not remove locally stored gameplay data on your phone. Uninstalling the app does.
Deletion marker: a minimal record of the deletion itself (your account’s internal ID and the deletion time, with no profile or gameplay data) is retained so that a still-signed-in device cannot recreate the deleted data.
No other personal data is retained after deletion completes.
